What a day! On October 16th, Visual Sound opened its doors for the 5th Annual Technology Showcase — a completely free, hands-on, interactive event held right at our headquarters in Broomall, PA. With over 170 attendees, 30+ vendor booths, immersive experiences, live demonstrations, and industry-led sessions, the day was all about exploring what’s next in AV and IT — and making it accessible to all attendees.
Whether you came from education, corporate, healthcare, or government sectors, this showcase was designed to deliver practical insight into AV solutions that align with your organization’s goals — helping you make informed decisions and plan confidently for the future.

Morning Momentum: Learning Kicked Off Early
We kicked things off strong with three informative sessions. All three sessions were full of actionable takeaways — and packed rooms!

Tech on Display: Over 30 Vendor Booths
From the latest in video display and projection to collaboration tools, UC solutions, and content creation platforms, the exhibit floor was buzzing all day. With over 30 booths and dozens of hands-on demos, attendees had the opportunity to see, touch, and try the latest technology — all while getting insights directly from manufacturer experts.
Experience Areas That Stole the Spotlight
Attendees had full access to six immersive experience areas that turned heads and sparked ideas:
- Command the Vision – Video Wall Control Experience: A live control room simulation where users managed content across large video walls — perfect for security, operations, or Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs).
- Immersive Reality Experience: An interactive, multi-sensory room with virtual floors and walls that transported visitors to new dimensions of engagement.
- Clear Digital Experience: From touchscreens to mobile kiosks, this zone showed how to connect people and technology in real-world settings.
- Innovative Production Studio Experience: A content creator’s dream — with plug-and-play setups for podcasting, automated streaming, and professional content creation.
- Audio Experience: Our live audio demo space on the 1st floor gave attendees the chance to hear the difference that top-tier sound solutions can make.
And not to be missed: the Main Stage Experience, where a full-scale event setup showed how professional Audio, Video, and Lighting brings presentations and performances to life.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees packed into dynamic and informative sessions.
